Fee Reduction Initiative
We are opted in to the Provincial Government Fee Reduction Initiative and the reductions are shown on our fee schedules.
Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB)
The Affordable Child Care Benefit Program is run by the Provincial Government and it is designed to assist families with daycare costs and this in addition to the Fee Reduction Initiative. We accept payments from the Affordable Child Care Benefit Program.
Registration Fee
A $300 registration fee is required for each child, which is non-refundable and separate from daycare costs. However, children listed on our Legacy Citywide Waitlist are exempt, and their parents are not required to pay this registration fee.
Monthly Fees
Monthly fees for billed one week before the first of the month and are payable on or before the first day of the month.
Our monthly billing is based on a four week period, a model of billing developed by Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB). As such, a full time space of 5 days per week is billed based on 20 days of care per month.
Billing based on four week periods is beneficial to you as it provides a regular monthly payment that does not fluctuate.
Drop In Program Fee
Our Drop In Fee Program provides you with the pay as you use option and gives you the flexibility to choose different days each week. The Drop In Program is subject to space availability each day. Drop In fees are billed daily and are due at the time of drop off.
Overtime Fees for Late Pickup
Overtime fees are charged at $2 per minute and are calculated based on your contract time, not our hours of operation. Please make sure that you are aware of your contract times. If you wish to make adjustments please talk to the Manager.
